Camarilla is a system to calculate pivot points which presupposes the return of prices towards the average. Basically the price of an asset is attracted by its average.
The Woodie is another system to calculate pivot points and is based on the concept that once these levels are exceeded, the trend should change direction.
Based on the Fibonacci equation, support and resistance points can be found, which allow traders to understand how far the price movement of an asset can go. In case of rebound on a support, it may be advisable to open a long position, while in the event of a break, a short position. On the contrary, in the event of resistance not being passed, traders could evaluate the opening of a short position, while in the event that it is exceeded, a long position.
